Yard work is a never ending chore but we do our best.
Yard work is a never ending chore but we do our best.
We do our best to try to make the ranch look inviting. Bring your lawn mower, weed eater and clippers and instead of grooming horses spend a day grooming the lawn.
Fund raising events are a lot of fun. See how you can help!
We sometimes take horses to schools, company picnics, nursing homes and fairs. It requires a lot of patience and perseverance but if it’s something you enjoy then we have a place for you.
Dedicated, diligent and detailed oriented volunteers needed.
Dedicated, diligent and detailed oriented volunteer needed to help spread the word far and wide about us, what we do for horses.
Volunteer hours for ranch work are from 8:00am to 3:00pm, 7 days a week.
Many people volunteer the entire day. In the morning, we pen the horses for feeding, then release them, clean up the ranch (scoop poop, etc.), and interact with the animals (grooming, etc.) as weather and time permits. The afternoon work varies.
As with any ranch there are always construction projects to be done.
We need help from repairing fences to building shelters. If you are handy with construction tools we need you!
